These Terms of Use govern your use of Sky Shield: Missile Defense (the "App"), published by André Grillo. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the App

Sky Shield is a work of fiction and entertainment. It does not depict, simulate, or represent real military capability, real-world weapons systems, or real events. Nothing in the App should be relied upon for any purpose other than entertainment.

2. In-App Purchases

Sky Shield offers one optional in-app purchase — Remove Ads — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently disables interstitial ads. All purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's App Store terms and refund policies; we do not process payments or refunds directly. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option to recover a prior purchase.

3. Advertising

The free version of the App displays interstitial ads between waves and after game over, and offers an optional rewarded video ad to reclaim a lost city. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, sound, and code, is the property of André Grillo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Sky Shield is an original work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other company or product.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, André Grillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
