Tap to intercept. Chain combos. Hold the line.

Every wave looks different

Faster missiles, split warheads, smart-tracking threats, and enemy carriers keep every run unpredictable.

How it Works

Simple to learn. Hard to master.

01

Tap to fire

Tap anywhere on screen — your nearest silo answers instantly. No aiming reticle to drag, just fire.

02

Time the blast

Interceptors detonate on impact or on command. Time it right and one blast catches two or three warheads at once.

03

Manage your ammo

Silos carry limited ammo per wave. Efficient, combo-heavy defense carries a bonus into the next wave.

04

Protect six cities

Lose all six and it's over — but bonus city reserves and an optional rewarded ad can bring one back.

Chaining a multi-kill combo across several warheads

Precision over reflexes

Missiles fall from every angle, but your silos always have limited ammo. Chaining one blast into a multi-kill combo scores more — and costs less — than firing wildly.

  • Chain explosions into multi-kill combos for bigger scores
  • Leftover ammo carries a bonus into your next wave
  • Six cities to protect — lose them all, and it's over
A late wave with faster missiles and smart-tracking threats

Escalating waves, every run

Each wave raises the stakes — faster missiles, split warheads, smart-tracking threats, and enemy carriers arrive as your score climbs.

  • Bonus city reserves let you recover from a rough wave
  • Watch a short ad to reclaim a lost city — always optional
  • Chase a new personal best with your full high-score history saved on-device

A look of its own

Sky Shield trades pixel-art nostalgia for a clean, glowing night-sky aesthetic — cyan interceptors, warm missile trails, and a soundtrack built for tension.

  • Play fully offline — no wifi, no login, no waiting
  • Free to play, with an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Sky Shield free to play?+

Yes. Sky Shield is free to download and play in full. There's an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase ($2.99) if you'd rather play without interstitial ads, and a short optional rewarded ad you can watch to reclaim a lost city mid-run — never required.

Does Sky Shield need an internet connection?+

No. Sky Shield plays fully offline — no wifi, no account, no login. High scores are saved on-device.

How do I remove ads in Sky Shield?+

Open the main menu and tap Remove Ads. It's a one-time $2.99 purchase that permanently disables interstitial ads between waves and after game over. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases on the same screen.

What devices does Sky Shield support?+

Sky Shield is built for iPhone and plays in landscape. It also runs on Apple silicon Macs and Vision Pro through iPhone app compatibility.

How does the ammo carryover bonus work?+

Leftover ammo at the end of a wave carries a percentage forward as bonus ammo for the next wave, up to a small cap. Chaining interceptors into multi-kill combos is the fastest way to finish a wave with ammo to spare.

Is my data private?+

Sky Shield doesn't require an account and stores your scores on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details on the anonymous analytics and ad services used.
